A peer-to-peer support group for women experiencing depression and/or anxiety in pregnancy or postpartum. Offering women the opportunity to validate experiences, share coping strategies, and gain support and encouragement. PMADs (Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders) are the #1 complication of pregnancy and childbirth. With help you will be well.
